These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the AtlasContentwebsite and the purchase of our content and AI-search-optimization services ("Services"). By placing an order, subscribing to a plan, or using this website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

AtlasContent provides written content production and optimization services, including research, writing, on-page optimization (SEO/AEO/GEO/LLMO), structured-data markup, repurposed social assets, and AI-visibility reporting, as described on our pricing page or in your individual proposal.

2. Plans, billing, and renewals

• Services are sold as monthly retainers billed in advance, unless agreed otherwise in writing.
• Payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. We do not collect or store your card details.
• Plans renew monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid billing period.
• Prices may change with at least 30 days' written notice; changes never apply retroactively to a paid period.

3. Client responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information, brand guidelines, and timely feedback during onboarding and review.
• Ensure you have the right to let us reference your business facts, trademarks, and website.
• Review deliverables before publishing them; you control what goes live on your properties.

4. Deliverables and intellectual property

• Upon full payment, ownership of the delivered content transfers to you.
• We retain the right to reference non-confidential work (e.g., "we produced content for X") unless you ask us not to.
• Our internal tools, prompts, scoring systems, and processes remain our property.

5. AI assistance and editorial review

Our production process uses artificial-intelligence tools under human editorial control. Every deliverable is reviewed, fact-checked, and approved by a human editor before delivery, and carries a disclosure of AI assistance. Factual claims are backed by cited sources; if you find an error, tell us and we will correct it at no charge.

6. No guaranteed outcomes

Search engines and AI answer engines are third-party systems we do not control. We report measurable optimization completeness and AI-visibility, but we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic, citations, or revenue outcomes, and no statement on this site should be read as such a guarantee.

7. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use our Services to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, or infringing. We may decline or discontinue work that we reasonably believe falls into these categories, with a pro-rated refund of any unused, prepaid amount.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtlasContent's total liability arising out of the Services in any billing period is limited to the fees you paid for that billing period. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, including lost profits or lost business.

10. Confidentiality and data

We treat non-public information you share with us as confidential and handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
