Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data AtlasContent("we") collects, why, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately plain-spoken.

1. Data we collect

• Contact form: name, email, company, website, and your message — used solely to reply to your enquiry.
• Client accounts: name, business email, and a hashed password for portal access; plus the business information you give us during onboarding (brand voice, target queries, facts about your company).
• Payments: processed entirely by Lemon Squeezy (our merchant of record) on their PCI-DSS-compliant systems. We never see or store your card, UPI, or bank details. We keep only the invoice reference, amount, and Lemon Squeezy payment ID.
• Technical: a session cookie to keep you signed in.
• Analytics:we use Google Analytics on our public pages to understand which pages people find useful — visits, referrers, approximate location by country, and device type. IP addresses are anonymised, and we have turned off Google Signals and ad personalisation, so this data is not used to build advertising profiles of you. We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not track you across other websites. Analytics is not loaded on the client portal or any signed-in account area. You can opt out entirely with Google's browser add-on or your browser's Do Not Track / cookie controls.

2. How we use data

• To respond to enquiries and provide the services you purchased.
• To produce and optimize content for your business (business facts only).
• To invoice you and confirm payments.
• To meet legal and accounting obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not send marketing to consumers. Our business outreach is targeted, includes a working opt-out in every message, and honours opt-outs permanently via a suppression list.

3. AI processing

We use AI language-model providers (such as Google Gemini) in our content-production pipeline. What we send them is business content and public business facts — not client account credentials, and not payment data. All AI output is reviewed by a human editor before use.

4. Sharing

We share data only with the service providers needed to operate:

• Lemon Squeezy (merchant of record, payment processing)
• Hosting and database infrastructure providers
• AI model and web-search API providers (business content only, as above)

We may disclose data if required by law.

5. Retention

Enquiries are kept while relevant to a business relationship. Client and invoice records are kept as long as needed for the service and for statutory accounting periods. You can ask us to delete your data at any time (see below); we will do so unless a legal obligation requires retention.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and you may withdraw consent for future contact at any time — email info@atlascontentai.com. If you are in the UK/EU, you also have the rights provided by UK GDPR/GDPR, including the right to complain to your supervisory authority.

7. Security

Passwords are stored hashed, access to client data is role-restricted and scoped per client, and every consequential action in our system is recorded in an audit log.
