Refund Policy

We want every client to feel safe buying from us. This policy explains exactly when and how refunds are issued for AtlasContent services.

1. First-time purchases — 7-day assurance

If this is your first payment to us and no deliverable work has started (research, strategy, or drafting for your brand), you may request a full refund within 7 days of payment, no questions asked.

2. Monthly retainers

Retainers are billed in advance and work begins shortly after payment, so a billing period that has started is generally non-refundable once deliverables have been produced or delivered.
If we have not yet started work in a billing period, you may request a full refund of that period.
If we fail to deliver the number of content pieces included in your plan within the billing period, you may choose either a pro-rated refund for the undelivered pieces or a credit against the next period — your choice.

3. Quality issues

Every deliverable includes up to two revision rounds. If a deliverable still fails to meet the agreed brief after revisions, we will refund that piece's pro-rated value. Factual errors are always corrected free of charge.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel your plan at any time by emailing info@atlascontentai.com.
Cancellation stops future billing; your plan remains active until the end of the period already paid.
No cancellation fees, ever.

5. How refunds are processed

Email info@atlascontentai.com with your invoice number and reason.
We respond within 2 business days.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via our payment processor (Lemon Squeezy) within 5–7 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, it may take additional days to reflect in your statement.

6. Exceptions

Refunds are not available for periods where deliverables were produced, delivered, approved, or published at your request, except as described in sections 2 and 3 above.
